Location

Phou means mountain and Mah is the name of the approximate village. It is a unique beautifully shaped hill just on the city limit of Luang Prabang a 10 minutes drive to the centre and 15 minutes drive to the airport. There are wonderful views in all directions and a large plateau on the top. A great location for a development such as a unique resort or a village of private villas with breath taking views.

Access

• A paved main road is leading to the Land
• On the land a new road is shaped to the top of the mountain so the top plateau can be reached by car already. The land is very close to the old town.
