Taohai Residence is located centrally 15 minutes walking distance from the centre of the historical town of Luang Prabang and 10 minutes from the Airport.

​The land nestles between Taohai Temple and the shore of Nam Khan River. Apartments with river view will be facing south: more sun, more light, more heat

Apartments facing the temple are facing north: less sun, less light, less heat.

Both positions have wonderful sunset and sunrise lights and attractive views.

There is no noise from the city at all because the location is at the end of an impasse of about 500m, which leads to the main Road, next to a market.

Description of style and construction

Four individual Lao/French colonial style buildings with balconies, large windows and individual access to each apartment. The Buildings are surrounded by a wonderful tropical garden with palm trees, bougainvillea and mango trees.

Each building has six apartments: ground floor, middle floor and top floor. The ground floor has direct access to an attractive private garden while the apartments above have a private balcony.

Floor plan is 82 m2, two different floor plans available:

Living room, one or two bed rooms, balcony or garden, small kitchen, bath room
